How the daily answer pages work
Every day at midnight US Eastern time the RareGuess Daily 7 gets seven new prompts, and this page lists the answers for today and for every earlier day. These are answers to our own game only: we write our own prompts and publish only our own answer lists.
Next to each date you can see what the seven prompts were. Open a day to see the five rarest answers with their scores, the five most common answers and the full list of accepted answers, ranked from most common to rarest. Rarity comes from how often each answer's English Wikipedia article was viewed over the past twelve months: fewer views, rarer answer. Each answer sits in one of five ocean layers and scores 10, 30, 60, 85 or 100 points; a few answers that sound obscure but are popular second picks score 15.
